Once we have established the report based on your requirements, we will provide an architectural solution for the site, ensuring that it encompasses everything that is important and relevant to you.
Based on the principles of design, the final product will reflect communication with the client and not only adapt to their wants and needs but also showcase and explore areas of relevance and passion.
Once agreed upon, the design is refined, and final decisions confirm the form, planning, and materials. Other consultants may be hired to assist with structure and planning, and our internal team for quantitative inspection will categorize project costs.
Your design becomes detailed documentation for construction consent and then construction. Contributions from other consultants will be incorporated into the documentation. Once we have obtained consent, it will be ready for construction to commence.
Our mission is to see your project under construction, which is why we can assist you on-site, coordinating all construction-related details. With the support of our internal QS, project managers, and our Parent Building team, you can be assured of unparalleled communication and productivity.
